中国海内外高层次人才网络视频招聘会

由中国教育和科研计算机网（CERNET）主办、武汉大学、中国教育网（www.edu.cn）、中国教育在线（www.eol.cn）协办、赛尔网络有限公司承办的"2008世界•中国海内外高层次人才网络视频招聘会",现已定于2008年12月22日在中国•武汉大学举行。


　　大会将全面贯彻落实"吸引人才回国，支持创新创业，鼓励为国服务"的政策要求，拓宽人才引进渠道，通过最新的网络技术模拟现场招聘，搭建海内外留学人才和国内单位之间专业的网络视频交互平台，同时举办以武汉大学、华中科技大学为代表的湖北省部属高校毕业研究生的现场招聘会，全面促进用人单位高层次的人才需求。


　　届时，国内知名高校、科研院所、国家开发区、留学创业园和知名企业将通过此此大会广泛地招贤纳士，会议将为用人单位和海内外高层次人才之间搭建优质的交流平台，实现人才与用人单位的双赢，以促进中国高层次人才开发引智工作。

遥望明月共此时，欢度佳节同相知

值此中秋佳节来临之际，林肯大学华人联谊会于9月12日举行了以"遥望明月共此时，欢度佳节同相知"为主题得联欢活动，40余人出席了本次联欢会。其中包括驻新西兰大使馆教育处乔正顺老师，基督城中国学生学者联合会主席戴志杰博士，新西兰商学院的何燕杰董事长，来自林肯大学的华人学者，访问学者和留学生。

乔老师在讲话中向出席晚会的全体中国学者留学生，海外侨胞及校方代表致以节日的问候和良好的祝愿。并且对于林肯大学华人联谊会在本年度组织的"与灾区人民心连心，赈灾筹款"，"海外华人祝福祖国，同庆奥运"的一系列活动给予了充分的肯定。并希望他们树立远大的目标，再接再厉，为增进中新两国人民的相互了解与友谊做出新的努力。

联欢会上，全体成员围绕着：中秋与奥运两大主题，开展了激烈的竞赛游戏。传递出了莘莘学子温馨的思乡情怀，对祖国奥运会胜利召开，中国代表团获得历史最好成绩的喜悦心情及对我们伟大祖国更加繁荣昌盛的良好祝愿。晚会高潮迭起，会后各界与会人员纷纷表示："他们度过了一个难忘的夜晚"。

Clubs & Market Day

Hey guys, hope you had a good break!

Winterfest is here and as always we have a clubs and market day on Wednesday 9th July from 11am till 2pm.

Please make sure at least 1 person from your club will be there. If you can aim to be there a little bit early to set up that would be great. Weather permitting we'll set up on the Sunken Lawn, but if it looks like rain (or snow…) then we will set up in O's extension.
